A career built across two worlds that rarely meet.
Victoria E Armstrong started selling at twelve. Not a lemonade stand: real selling, the kind where you learn to read people, notice what they need and find a way to deliver it. That instinct for people, and for what sits beneath what they say, has shaped everything since.
She went on to build more than twenty years of experience across IT, consultancy, web development, social media, eLearning and digital strategy. She has designed training and learning systems for government agencies, colleges and small businesses, and mentored young entrepreneurs through Young Enterprise in Northern Ireland.
Alongside the business career, Victoria has practised Reiki for over twenty years, trained in Laughter Yoga and Practical Meditation, and facilitated emotional release work in group and retreat settings, including a four day retreat in the Sahara Desert in 2017.
She now lives in Spain, where she wrote Awaken Your Dragon, co hosts The Inner Mind Code podcast with Stuart Cheung and leads Symposia Digital, her AI and digital consultancy.
Her guiding idea
The mind works like technology. When something is not working, there is a bug in the system. Find it, understand it, remove it, and the system runs clean. Victoria has lived by that idea for more than thirty years.
